Out on a Lim is a compact, down to earth, enthusiastic team of professionals living in central Victoria with skills in communications, public relations, content creation, marketing, social media, website building and audio & video production. Our creativity and ability to think outside the fruit box sets our projects apart. We have an ethos to seek unique opportunities. Understanding our strengths and occasional weaknesses and forging relationships with specialists skilled in specific areas ensures we can deliver both small and large-scale projects. Cynthia spent over 20 years in the water industry employed in senior marketing, sales and event management roles. After retiring from the industry in 2011, Cynthia has focussed her skills and passion promoting local, ethical food in the Seymour and surrounds region. She wears many hats these days including founder of the food eXchange, member of Agriculture Victoria Small Scale and Craft Industry advisory committee and BEAM Environmental Groups’ bulk food scheme coordinator. Cynthia was made Honorary Life Member of Seymour FM in 2021 and is currently the Treasurer, a presenter and sponsorship coordinator with Seymour FM community radio.
Nick Bray

Nick has spent over 20 years designing management systems and working technical roles in the water industry, including Laboratory Manager and NATA Signatory at an environmental consultancy, and Water Quality Manager at a water corporation in the Goulburn Valley. Since retiring from the industry in 2016, Nick has further developed his IT and design skills working on creating on-air radio content, podcast production, video production, social media content and website development.
